Practice Focus
Mr. Spellman counsels individuals and families through the entire estate administration process, with a focus on asset preservation; whether that process would include probate administration, estate tax and or fiduciary income tax returns or post mortem planning. Mr. Spellman also assists with the intricate issues that arise during the trust administration process and disposition of trust assets. Mr. Spellman facilitates the creation and administration of Guardianships for minors as well as incompetent adults. Mr. Spellman provides strategic advice on how best to protect and preserve assets through thorough and creative estate planning.
