Points of Distinction
Mr. Solomon acts as outside general counsel to a number of companies throughout the United States. In that role, Mr. Solomon has managed complex commercial and real estate transactions, asset and business acquisitions and sales, and distressed acquisitions. He also helps clients identify strategic growth opportunities and has spearheaded funding initiatives for early-stage companies.

Activities
Mr. Solomon is a member of the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Federation of Credit and Financial Professionals, the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group and the National Association of Credit Managers.

Previous Work
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Solomon was a Partner at a large Pennsylvania law firm and was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for a large regional real estate developer.

Honors
Mr. Solomon was recognized as one of the 2005 Pennsylvania Rising Stars and Super Lawyers. He was also rated as one of the top restructuring attorneys in the United States in both 2004 and 2005 by the Deal.com.
