Practice Focus
Mr. Seitz centers his practice on bankruptcy law, commercial law, construction law, and litigation. More specifically, he represents creditors (including banks and other financial institutions) in bankruptcy proceedings for post-petition financings, various motions for relief and reorganization plans. In addition, Mr. Seitz represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and related professional service providers in handling all aspects of construction law and litigation.
