Practice Focus
Mr. Lynch is Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Area and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Lynch’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation matters with a specific emphasis on business disputes, securities and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Lynch also has significant experience with litigation in the areas of government contracts, transportation, and real estate throughout the United States. He additionally has extensive experience in trying catastrophic personal injury and professional malpractice cases. In addition, Mr. Lynch serves as an advisor to several professional athletes throughout the United States.
