Practice Focus
Brian Loffredo is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department, practicing with an emphasis on franchise law, construction law, mechanic’s lien law and general commercial litigation. Mr. Loffredo has extensive knowledge in franchise law, and has represented clients in litigation involving terminations, encroachment, trademark infringement, breach of contract, transfers, fraud and other licensing-related matters. Mr. Loffredo routinely reviews franchise agreements, Uniform Franchise Offering Statements and other disclosure documents on behalf of franchisees and potential franchisees, and negotiates changes to those agreements where applicable. Mr. Loffredo also has experience with construction law and mechanic’s liens.

Previous Work
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Loffredo worked at a franchise litigation boutique specializing in the representation of franchisees. Mr. Loffredo also spent three years at a firm that concentrated in litigating employment disputes. Prior to that, Mr. Loffredo worked at a large firm in Montgomery County as a commercial litigator.
