Practice Focus

Ms. Niepraschk focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate/trust administration. She works closely with clients to achieve their goals for the distribution of their assets during life and at death, including planning for minor children and preserving assets by minimizing estate taxes and shielding assets from creditor claims. Christi also assists clients with the daunting task of administering a probate estate or a trust, providing expert guidance and support at every step and counseling executors and trustees about their fiduciary duties.

Ms. Niepraschk is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Trusts & Estates Section and has volunteered her time and expertise for community programs such as Wills for Heroes.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Ms. Niepraschk was an attorney at the law firm of Peterson Noll & Goodman PLC where, in addition to her practice in the area of trusts and estates, she gained valuable experience in the areas of general litigation and residential real estate transactions.
