Practice Focus
Ms. Bogan practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate matters, as well as in the representation of nonprofit organizations, business entities, and individuals in the entertainment and arts industries. Ms. Bogan is experienced in all aspects of commercial business contracts and handles a broad range of litigation, including complex contract litigation, real property disputes and construction litigation.

Points of Distinction
For nearly 20 years, Ms. Bogan has developed a distinguished trial record in complex commercial litigation. Ms. Bogan also has extensive experience handling arbitrations, and successfully representing businesses in mediation. In the entertainment arena, Ms. Bogan has represented films, directors, musical artists, authors, and production companies including the negotiation of lucrative contracts and deals.

Activities
Ms. Bogan is the co-founder of The Women of Wit & Wisdom, the Pyramid Club’s premier women’s networking group. She also serves as the Secretary and on the Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania State Committee of the Washington, DC based National Museum of Women in the Arts. Ms. Bogan serves on the Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Wood Turning Center as well as on the Board of Trustees for the Coalition for Hispanic Family Services. For over a decade, Ms. Bogan has provided services as a member of the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and has been involved with the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Ms. Bogan is a member of the Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is also included in the United “Who’s Who” Registry. Ms. Bogan is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar’s Federal Courts Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Professional Liability Committee, the Children’s Rights Committee, and the Professionalism Committee.

Publications/Speeches
Ms. Bogan has presented seminars in the region to the real estate community, prominent insurance and corporate representatives as well as authored manuals concerning real estate law, recent developments in bad faith litigation, and litigation investigative techniques. Ms. Bogan has also developed curricula for a national real estate brokerage firm, and taught numerous classes regarding all aspects of real estate law including, the presentation of hot topic seminars involving cutting edge real estate issues.
