Gregory Currey is an experienced and efficient attorney who focuses his practice on Labor and Employment Law compliance and litigation.  He represents employers in matters involving State and Federal employment compliance and litigation, focusing on all aspects of employee relations, including compliance with Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, immigration issues involving I-9s, the E-verify program and H-1B visas, ERISA, retiree health benefits and the NLRA.  Mr. Currey also assists clients with common-law and contractual issues involving clients, including drafting employee handbooks and policies, restrictive covenant agreements, and general contractual issues. In addition to handling labor and employment matters, Mr. Currey has experience representing companies and individuals in general and contract litigation.

Mr. Currey regularly counsels businesses and organizations to ensure compliance with State and Federal employment laws, reviews and drafts policies for employee handbooks and leads employee management training programs.  Mr. Currey has been named a Rising Star in Employment and Labor Law for Maryland's Super Lawyers for the past three years.  He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland State Bar Association.  He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
