Mr. Brodsky is a real estate attorney in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He has extensive experience with legal aspects of commercial leasing of office, retail and industrial space, as well as the acquisition and disposition of industrial, multi-family and commercial properties. His real estate experience includes: (i) drafting, negotiating and reviewing a vast array of real estate transactional documents, including commercial and retail leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, deeds of trust, subordination agreements and indemnity agreements; (ii) representing commercial clients in connection with real estate disputes; and (iii) managing commercial development/finance due diligence.
Additionally, Mr. Brodsky practices in the area of corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and general business transactions.
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Brodsky practiced real estate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. He had experience working for a local property development and management company where he managed commercial and residential properties prior to entering private practice.
